A Bit About Jing

Jing was a buck we were not actively looking for, but we're glad he presented himself! We've been wanting to add high casein to our herd for a long while now. Jing is casein type pending, but he will carry at least one high allele (possible double high casein) by parentage. He brings not only high casein variants for better cheese making, but also the potential for high production! He is very unrelated to the other genetics we've been working with, but we hope he crosses well in our breeding program! Jing was sold after breeding many does the Fall of 2024.
